What's included
What each line actually means on your property.
Full debris removal — branches, leaves, litter
Everything winter left behind — fallen branches, matted leaves, wind-blown litter — is gathered up and removed so turf and beds can breathe again.
Garden bed cleanup and edge refinement
Beds are cleared of dead material and the turf edge is re-cut, restoring the clean line between lawn and planting areas that winter erased.
First mow of the season with height adjustment
The first cut is set deliberately — a height chosen for early-season turf, evening out the lawn without stressing new growth.
Line trimming and hard-surface edging
Trimmers finish fence lines and obstacles while edging re-establishes the border where grass meets walkways and driveways.
Surface blowing of walkways, driveways, and patios
Hard surfaces are blown clear of the grit, sand, and debris that a winter of plowing and salting leaves behind.
Light pruning and deadheading of perennials
Winter-killed stems and spent growth are cut back, so perennials put their energy into new growth instead of dead wood.
Condition notes and a photo record on completion
The visit closes with photos and written condition notes — including anything we spotted that needs attention beyond the cleanup itself.
Optional soil prep and mulch install
While the crew is on site, beds can be topped with fresh soil or mulch — mulch holds moisture and slows weeds through the summer.
When should I book a spring cleanup?
March or early April. Slots fill in booking order and the earlier windows go first — the season does not wait, and neither does the schedule.
Is spring cleanup included in your plans?
Yes. The Full Property Plan includes spring and fall cleanups, and the Kickoff Package is built around the spring reset. Standalone booking works too.
Do you remove storm damage and large branches?
Light to moderate debris, yes. Major storm damage or tree work is specialist territory — we flag it in the condition notes and can coordinate the right trade.
How do I know what was actually done?
Every cleanup closes with date-stamped photos and condition notes tied to your property. If something needs attention beyond the scope, you hear it from us first.
