Spring debris cleanup — leaves, twigs, branches
A winter's worth of accumulation is gathered and removed, so turf and beds start the growing season clear instead of buried.
Fall garden bed cutbacks and cleanup
Spent growth is cut back and cleared in fall — beds closed down clean come out of winter workable instead of matted and rotting.
Mulch installs in spring or fall, with colour choice
Fresh mulch is laid over the beds in the colour you choose — it holds soil moisture, suppresses weeds, and gives beds a finished look.
Garden bed edge refinement and shaping
The line where turf meets bed is re-cut and shaped — the definition grass steadily blurs over a season, restored in one visit.
Walkway and hard-surface blowing
Walkways, driveways, and patios are blown clean at the end of the visit, so debris is actually removed — not just relocated.
Light pruning and deadheading of perennials
Dead and spent growth is trimmed off perennials, directing the plant's energy into healthy new growth instead of dying stems.
Ground-level gutter-line debris clearing
Debris that collects at ground level around downspouts and drainage lines is cleared, so meltwater and rain move away from the property.
Photo confirmation when the work is done
Every visit closes with photos of the finished work, so you can see the result without being on site.
When should I book seasonal services?
Spring cleanups book in March and April; fall cleanups in September and October. Slots fill in booking order — the earlier the request, the better the window.
Are cleanups included in your plans?
Yes. The Full Property Plan includes both spring and fall cleanups. The Lawn + Land Plan includes a basic version, and both cleanups are available standalone.
Can I add this to a base mowing plan?
Yes. Cleanups and mulch installs bolt onto any plan — we quote the addition flat and schedule it into your route.
What if I do not know what the property needs?
Send the address. We assess the property, recommend a seasonal mix, and quote it flat — you approve before anything is scheduled.
