Do you mow every week?
Yes — weekly service is the standard through the growing season, on a consistent scheduled day. Frequency adjusts with growth and weather, and your visit log shows every completed visit.
What happens if it rains on my service day?
We do not mow in the rain — it damages turf and leaves a bad cut. Your visit is rescheduled promptly, and because the rate is flat and seasonal, a weather delay never costs you a visit.
Will I get the same crew every visit?
Your property is assigned to a specific crew on a specific route, and that pairing holds wherever possible. If a change is forced, your property's scope, history, and photo record travel with the route — a different crew still works from the same playbook.
Does this work for commercial properties too?
Yes. The same route-and-log system runs on homes, multi-unit residential, and commercial frontage. If you manage more than one site, ask about portfolio plans with consolidated invoicing.
