Where Monster comes from.
Monster did not start as a landscaping company. It started in 2008 with one truck, a Toronto winter, and a promise that still runs the business: show up, do the work, and be accountable for it.
Snow is an unforgiving teacher. When a storm lands at 2 a.m., “we’ll get to it” is not a service model — routes, dispatch, GPS tracking, and documented visits are. Winter after winter, that pressure built the operation.
Monster Property Services is that discipline pointed at summer — lawn, gardens, cleanups, and landscaping on the same crews-on-routes model. Founder Mikhail Evgrafov still builds the systems the crews run on.
