What's included
What each line actually means on your property.
High-volume leaf removal from lawns, beds, and hard surfaces
Leaves come off every surface — turf, beds, walkways — because a matted layer traps moisture, blocks light, and smothers grass under snow.
Staged visits timed across the leaf drop
Leaves do not fall on one day, so the work is spread across the drop — the lawn is never left buried for weeks waiting for the last tree.
Final mow of the season with low-cut height adjustment
The last cut is taken lower than summer height — shorter turf resists matting and the fungal problems that develop under snow cover.
Garden bed cutbacks and removal of spent annuals
Perennials are cut back and finished annuals are pulled, so beds go into winter clean instead of collapsing into mush by spring.
Line trimming and hard-surface edging
Fence lines, borders, and hard edges get a final trim, so the property holds a finished look right into freeze-up.
Surface blowing of walkways, driveways, and patios
Hard surfaces are blown clear so leaves do not sit wet, stain the concrete, or freeze into a slick layer underfoot.
Pre-winter condition notes and a photo record
The closing visit is documented — photos and notes on how the property went into winter, on file if anything comes into question in spring.
Optional mulch top-up for winter insulation
A fresh mulch layer over the beds buffers root zones against freeze-thaw swings and gives plants a more stable winter.
When should I book a fall cleanup?
September or early October. Heavy drop is staged across visits, and most properties are closed out before mid-November, depending on how the trees let go.
Why staged visits instead of one big cleanup?
Because leaves do not fall on one day. A single early pass misses the late drop; a single late pass leaves turf smothered for weeks. Staging the visits keeps the lawn breathing through the whole drop.
Can you handle mature maples and oaks?
Yes — high-volume removal is what the program is built for, including properties with large maples, oaks, and other heavy-shedding species.
Is fall cleanup included in your plans?
Yes. The Full Property Plan includes spring and fall cleanups as part of the season. Standalone booking works too — and if you want winter handled by the same operation, ask about year-round coverage when you request your quote.
