Yes — both transitions are part of the plan, not add-ons. Full Property clients never book a cleanup; the visits are already on the route.
One seasonal rate covers every scheduled visit and every included service. No hourly billing, no surprise add-ons. If the scope genuinely changes mid-season, we re-quote it in writing before anything is billed.
Yes — multi-property structures, consolidated invoicing, dedicated account management, and documentation you can put in front of a board or a tenant file. Monster carries $5M commercial general liability coverage; certificates of insurance and WSIB clearance are available on request.
