What does the Full Property Plan include?
Everything in Lawn + Land — mowing, edging, trimming, walkway blowing, debris clearing — plus garden bed maintenance, shrub and hedge trimming, bed edging and mulch care, basic tree and perennial care, and full spring and fall cleanups. One crew, one flat seasonal rate, one photo log.
Are spring and fall cleanups really included?
Yes — both transitions are part of the plan, not add-ons. Full Property clients never book a cleanup; the visits are already on the route.
How does flat-rate pricing work?
One seasonal rate covers every scheduled visit and every included service. No hourly billing, no surprise add-ons. If the scope genuinely changes mid-season, we re-quote it in writing before anything is billed.
Do you work with property managers and landlords?
Yes — multi-property structures, consolidated invoicing, dedicated account management, and documentation you can put in front of a board or a tenant file. Monster carries $5M commercial general liability coverage; certificates of insurance and WSIB clearance are available on request.
How do I get started?
Request a quote. Standard properties get a flat-rate quote from route data; garden-rich or complex sites get a site walk first. You approve one seasonal number and we schedule the route.
