How Monster Got Started
Monster Plowing Company started in 2008 with one truck and a commitment to showing up when it mattered most. Mikhail Evgrafov saw an industry full of missed calls, unclear pricing, and unreliable service — and decided to build something better.
What started as a snow removal operation grew quickly. Clients kept asking: can you do our lawns too? Our gardens? Our seasonal cleanups? The answer was always yes — and Monster Property Services was born.

Milestones That Built Monster
2008 — One Truck, One Mission
Mikhail Evgrafov launches Monster Plowing Company with a single truck and a simple promise: show up on time, every time. First winter, first clients, first reputation built.
2015 — Going Full Monster
By 2015, Monster has grown to 20 trucks. Every vehicle gets GPS telematics and multi-camera oversight. Clients start getting real-time service verification — something unheard of in the industry. This is the year Monster goes all in.
2021 — Summer Operations Launch
Monster Property Services launches as the year-round arm of the company. Lawn care, garden maintenance, seasonal cleanups, and landscaping — all under one flat-rate model. Clients no longer need separate contractors for every season.
2023 — Proprietary Operations Technology
Monster builds its own operations platform from the ground up. Route optimization, digital visit logs, automated client communication, and real-time quality monitoring — all purpose-built for property care at scale.
2025 — Full-Service Property Care Across the GTA
Today Monster operates 89 trucks and serves hundreds of residential and commercial properties across the Greater Toronto Area. From lawn mowing to snow removal, garden care to seasonal cleanups — one team, one flat rate, year-round accountability.
